Scholarship Description: The 2019 University of Canada in Alberta Medical Studies Graduate Program Scholarships are open to international students. The scholarship enables doctoral programs in the field to be taught at the University of Alberta in Canada. The scholarship period is. Approximately 10 to 15 Medical Sciences Graduate Scholarships, valued at $ 6,500 each, are available to contribute to the allocation of students enrolled full-time in a graduate program on a Masters or PhD thesis in Medical Sciences (MSGP) at the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry. In other words, doctoral candidates must submit a dossier with a doctoral proposal within 24 months of the start of their graduate school and pass the candidacy examination within 6 months of their proposal being approved by the MSGPC. Graduation: Scholarships are available for doctoral students. Available Subject: Scholarships are awarded to study the subject offered by the university. Scholarship Benefits: Scholarships worth $ 6,500 each. Permitted Nationalities: Domestic students can apply for this scholarship. Admission criteria: Applicants must meet the following criteria: The student must currently be enrolled or admitted in order to start a graduate school in medical sciences (MSc or PhD) in one of the following departments of the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry as a doctoral candidate in good time from January 2019 onwards : Note: Laboratory Medicine and Pathology applications are limited to those whose diploma is “Medical Sciences – Laboratory Medicine and Pathology”.
