Gates Cambridge Scholarships

Scholarship Description: The Gates Cambridge Scholarships are open to international students, students of all nationalities except the UK. The scholarship enables Masters and PhD programs in all subjects, with a few exceptions, which are taught at the University of Cambridge. The scholarship period is Oct / Dec / Jan. The Gates Cambridge Scholarships are extremely competitive, full cost scholarships. They are awarded to outstanding applicants from countries other than the UK to complete full-time postgraduate studies in a subject available at the University of Cambridge. The Gates Cambridge Scholarships were established in 2000 by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation with an endowment of $ 210 million to enable outstanding postgraduate students from outside the UK to study at the University of Cambridge. Scholarship holders receive funding for postgraduate studies at the university for the duration of their studies. The price includes all tuition fees and a flat maintenance fee of currently £ 13,300 as well as a return ticket in economy class.
