In its new role, Grisham-Clothier will oversee the day-to-day operations at the hotel to ensure the best service, guest satisfaction and the property supports the high standards of the Marriott brand. In his new role, Donaldson will develop a strategic plan to drive online expansion such as entrepreneurship and financial management for unstable youth development. Speaking as one of the projects in the region, Alaia Belize will be the first Marriott International in the country under the Autograph Collection initiative which opens in May 2021.
