Global Scholarship Program At Lund University

Lund University’s Global Scholarship Program is a selective, merit-based scholarship program that recognizes top-class academic students from outside the EU / European Economic Area (and Switzerland) who wish to apply for a bachelor’s or master’s degree at Lund University.

Scholarships can cover 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% of the tuition fee. Please note that scholarships are for tuition only and do not cover the cost of living.

Competence:

To apply for a scholarship, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be a citizen of a non-EU / EEA (and Swiss) country and pay a tuition fee

• You have applied for a bachelor’s or master’s degree through regular application rounds of at least one semester (30 cr)

DO NOT APPLY if you do not meet the Lund University admission requirements, if you have not chosen the Lund University program / course as your first choice / at universityadmissions.se, or if you are unable to secure the funding needed to cover the cost of living, as required by the Finnish Immigration Service.

The next application round will open in February 2022.

To apply for the Lund University Global Scholarship, you must first apply for the program or independent courses you wish to study at Lund University using the national online application site, www.universityadmissions.se, during the application period (October 18-17). January 2022) for studies beginning in the autumn semester. Please note that some programs will not open for applications until December 1st).

Once you have submitted a complete application for at least 30 credits of study or an independent course and paid the application fee, you can apply for a scholarship on the official website during the scholarship application period.
