Special Description: On behalf of the Center for Foreign Affairs, the Mexican Agency for International Development Cooperation (AMEXCID) invites foreign nationals interested in studying for a bachelor’s, master’s or master’s degree, to apply high school and is a high school graduate, or followed by a primary or postgraduate degree. – open a scholarship program, participate in the 2016 Mexico Government Scholarship Program for international students. There are no scholarships available for Ph.D. programs (combined with MA and Ph.D. programs), distance learning programs, open or online education.
