Scholarship Description: The University of Newcastle PhD Scholarship, 2020-21, is open to UK and EU students. The scholarship enables health care doctoral programs to improve the health and wellbeing of people with multiple handicaps taught at Newcastle University. The scholarship period expired on August 31, 2020. Graduation Level: The University of Newcastle PhD Scholarship, 2020-21 is available for PhD programs at Newcastle University. Available Subjects: The following subjects are available as part of this scholarship program. Health Scholarships: The University of Newcastle offers a premium equal to 100% of UK / EU tuition fees paid and annual living expenses at the UKRI rate. A grant to support research education of £ 5,000 per year is available to cover research costs and local / national / international travel (conferences and exchanges). Eligible Nationalities: UK and EU students are eligible for this scholarship program. Eligibility criteria: To be eligible, applicants must have an upper second or higher second grade in public health, health services research (or a related discipline, e.g. psychology, health policy, economics). A master’s degree (merit or more) or research experience is desirable, but not required. If your first language is not English, you will need an IELTS overall score of 6.5 (at least 5.5 for all sub-competencies) or an equivalent language qualification.
