Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Be a member of the World Bank on this list;

• Two people from each developed city will not be arrested;

• Take a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) obtained at least 3 years before the application deadline;

• Have 3 years or more of work experience related to a recent event after receiving a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent);
